Combining my passion for holistic health + creative content design + knack for storytelling; I have conducted a series of Breathwork and Mindfulness workshops at HSBC, Saint-Gobain, and Fortis Healthcare Group as part of their employee well-being programs.
I’ve been a breathwork + meditation + yoga trainer with The Art of Living Foundation for over 15 years, traveling across India to mentor & empower youth at premier educational institutes. I’ve also led youth summits, inspiring volunteers worldwide to drive social reform for meaningful impact.
